Eczanow ("the app") is developed and operated by aliousyucex ("we", "us"). The app shows pharmacies that are open now or on duty tonight in Türkiye. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and who it is shared with. It applies to the Android and iOS apps and to our website at eczanow.aliousyucex.com. Where a section applies to only one of them, it says so.
Eczanow has no login and no in-app purchases. We never ask for your name, e-mail address, phone number, photos, or contacts. There is no account to create and none to delete, because we do not build a profile of you.
This is the most important thing to understand about how the app works, so we will be precise about it.
To sort pharmacies by how close they are, the app asks your device for your approximate
location. That location is never sent to our servers. Instead, the app
downloads the pharmacy list for a whole province and does the "which one is nearest"
calculation entirely on your phone. Our servers only ever receive a province code — for
example 34 for İstanbul — which is the same request every user in that
province makes.
We therefore have no way to know where you are, and we hold no location history for you. If you decline the location permission, the app still works: you pick your province and district from a list instead.

We do not use any analytics or crash-reporting SDK in the app. There is no advertising profile, no event tracking, and no third-party analytics service.
⚠️ A note on what you type. The note field in a report is free text and reaches us exactly as written. Please do not type personal or health information into it — we only need to know what was wrong with the listing.
The app is free and is paid for by ads supplied by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process your device's advertising identifier, your IP address, and information about the ads you see and interact with, in order to serve and measure ads and to detect fraud. We do not receive your advertising identifier ourselves, and we do not pass your device location to AdMob.
Google's practices are described in the Google Privacy & Terms and in how Google uses data.
The website is paid for by ads supplied by Google AdSense. AdSense and its partners may set and read cookies in your browser and process your IP address and information about the ads you see, in order to serve and measure ads and to detect fraud. This is the same publisher account as the app, but a separate Google product; the app does not use cookies at all. We do not set any analytics or tracking cookies of our own.
In the app: on iOS, Apple's system tracking permission is always asked first, before any other screen about ads. If you allow tracking, a consent screen then appears where you choose whether your data may be used for personalised advertising. If you decline tracking, that consent screen is not shown and we do not ask you again; because we then have no consent to rely on, no ads are requested at all in these regions. On Android there is no system tracking permission, so the consent screen is shown before any ad is requested. You can reopen the privacy options at any time from the "Ad-free" screen inside the app and change your answer.
On the website: a consent banner from Google's certified Consent Management Platform appears before advertising cookies are set. You may allow, refuse, or choose per purpose, and you can reopen the banner at any time to change your answer. If you refuse, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised.
iOS asks for your permission before any app may access the advertising identifier. This is the first thing the app asks about ads. If you decline, we do not access the advertising identifier and we request only non-personalised ads; we do not ask you for tracking permission again. Outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised. Inside those regions you will see no ads at all, because declining also means we hold no advertising consent.
Duty-pharmacy lists are published by provincial pharmacists' chambers and reach us through a third-party data provider. We re-check and re-import the lists on a schedule and refuse to publish a list that looks broken or incomplete. Even so, opening hours and duty rotations can change at short notice — please call the pharmacy before setting out, especially at night. The phone number is shown on every listing.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising purposes beyond what is described in section 4.
Our data is stored on servers in Germany (European Union). Reports you send are kept while we work through them and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can tell whether a pharmacy listing is repeatedly wrong. Server logs containing IP addresses are kept for a short period for security purposes.
Eczanow is a general-audience utility. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the data we hold, to object to processing, or to withdraw consent. Because the app has no account and does not record who you are, in most cases we simply hold nothing that is linked to you. If you have sent us a report and would like it removed, write to us and tell us roughly when and about which pharmacy, so we can find it.
To make a request, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority — in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, tell you inside the app.

Eczanow'de giriş yoktur ve uygulama içi satın alma yoktur. Adınızı, e-posta adresinizi, telefon numaranızı, fotoğraflarınızı veya rehberinizi hiçbir zaman istemeyiz. Oluşturulacak bir hesap da, silinecek bir hesap da yoktur; çünkü sizin profilinizi çıkarmıyoruz.
Uygulamanın çalışma biçimiyle ilgili en önemli nokta budur; bu yüzden açıkça yazıyoruz.
Eczaneleri size olan yakınlığına göre sıralamak için uygulama, cihazınızdan yaklaşık
konumunuzu ister. Bu konum sunucularımıza hiçbir zaman gönderilmez. Bunun
yerine uygulama, bütün bir ilin eczane listesini indirir ve "hangisi en yakın" hesabını
tamamen telefonunuzda yapar. Sunucularımıza yalnızca bir il kodu ulaşır — örneğin İstanbul
için 34 — ki bu, o ildeki her kullanıcının yaptığı aynı istektir.
Dolayısıyla nerede olduğunuzu bilmemizin bir yolu yoktur ve size ait bir konum geçmişi tutmayız. Konum iznini vermezseniz uygulama yine çalışır: il ve ilçeyi listeden kendiniz seçersiniz.

Yayıncı hesabı uygulamayla aynıdır ama ürün ayrıdır; uygulama hiç çerez kullanmaz. Kendimize ait hiçbir analitik veya takip çerezi yazmıyoruz.
Uygulamada: iOS'ta Apple'ın sistem takip izni, reklamla ilgili her ekrandan ÖNCE sorulur. Takibe izin verirseniz ardından, verilerinizin kişiselleştirilmiş reklam için kullanılıp kullanılamayacağını seçtiğiniz bir rıza ekranı çıkar. Takibi reddederseniz o rıza ekranı gösterilmez ve size bir daha sorulmaz; dayanacağımız bir rıza kalmadığı için bu bölgelerde hiç reklam istenmez. Android'de sistem takip izni olmadığından rıza ekranı, herhangi bir reklam istenmeden önce gösterilir. Cevabınızı değiştirmek isterseniz uygulama içindeki "Reklamsız" ekranından gizlilik seçeneklerini istediğiniz zaman yeniden açabilirsiniz.
Web sitesinde: reklam çerezleri yazılmadan önce Google'ın sertifikalı Rıza Yönetim Platformu'nun rıza banner'ı çıkar. İzin verebilir, reddedebilir veya amaç bazında seçim yapabilirsiniz; banner'ı istediğiniz zaman yeniden açıp cevabınızı değiştirebilirsiniz. Reddederseniz reklamları yine görürsünüz, ancak kişiselleştirilmiş olmazlar.
iOS, herhangi bir uygulamanın reklam kimliğine erişmesinden önce sizden izin ister; uygulamanın reklamlarla ilgili size sorduğu ilk şey budur. İzin vermezseniz reklam kimliğinize erişmeyiz, yalnızca kişiselleştirilmemiş reklam isteriz ve takip izni için size bir daha sormayız. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre dışında reklamları yine görürsünüz, ancak kişiselleştirilmiş olmazlar. Bu bölgelerin içinde ise hiç reklam görmezsiniz, çünkü izin vermemeniz aynı zamanda elimizde reklam rızası bulunmaması demektir.
Nöbetçi eczane listeleri il eczacı odaları tarafından yayımlanır ve bize üçüncü taraf bir veri sağlayıcı üzerinden ulaşır. Listeleri düzenli aralıklarla yeniden çeker, bozuk veya eksik görünen bir listeyi yayımlamayı reddederiz. Buna rağmen çalışma saatleri ve nöbet sıraları kısa sürede değişebilir — yola çıkmadan önce eczaneyi arayın, özellikle gece. Telefon numarası her kayıtta gösterilir.
Verinizi satmıyoruz ve 4. bölümde anlatılanların ötesinde reklam amacıyla paylaşmıyoruz.
Verilerimiz Almanya'daki (Avrupa Birliği) sunucularda saklanır. Gönderdiğiniz bildirimler, üzerinde çalıştığımız süre boyunca ve bir eczane kaydının tekrar tekrar hatalı olup olmadığını görebilmek için makul bir süre daha tutulur. IP adresi içeren sunucu kayıtları güvenlik amacıyla kısa bir süre tutulur.
Eczanow genel kullanıma yönelik bir yardımcı uygulamadır. Çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamayız.
Yaşadığınız yere bağlı olarak; verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, dışa aktarma veya silme, işlenmesine itiraz etme ya da rızanızı geri çekme hakkınız olabilir. Uygulamada hesap olmadığı ve kim olduğunuzu kaydetmediğimiz için çoğu durumda size bağlı hiçbir şey tutmuyoruz. Bize bir bildirim gönderdiyseniz ve silinmesini istiyorsanız, kabaca ne zaman ve hangi eczane hakkında olduğunu yazın ki bulabilelim.
