A pharmacy was listed as on duty but it was closed.
Please tap the report button on that listing — it takes one tap and tells us exactly which
entry was wrong. Duty lists are published by provincial pharmacists' chambers and reach us
through a data provider; when a chamber changes a rotation late, the published list can lag.

The pin is in the wrong place.
Use the same report button and choose "location is wrong". Some listings arrive without
usable coordinates; in that case we show the written address and directions instead of a
pin. Always trust the address and phone number over the pin.
Why does it show duty pharmacies when it is still daytime?
Pharmacy opening hours in Türkiye are set province by province, and duty rotations run from
the evening through to the next morning. Just after midnight, the correct list is still the
one that started the previous evening — so a list dated "yesterday" late at night is
normal, not a bug.
Do I have to share my location?
No. Location is only used to sort the list by distance, and it never leaves your phone. If
you decline, pick your province and district from the list instead. See our
privacy policy for details.
The app says the data is stale.
That warning means we have not been able to refresh that province's list recently. The list
shown is the last one we successfully fetched. Call ahead before setting out.
How do I get directions?
Tap the directions button and pick your usual map app. Eczanow hands the destination
over rather than navigating itself, so you keep the app you already know.
I found a bug.

sürer. Gece yarısını biraz geçtiğinde doğru liste hâlâ bir önceki akşam başlayan listedir —
yani gece geç saatte "dünün" tarihini taşıyan bir liste normaldir, hata değildir.

Hayır. Konum yalnızca listeyi mesafeye göre sıralamak için kullanılır ve telefonunuzdan
